Being healthy and HAPPY.
I have to weight at least 62kg to be a healthy body weight but I’ve never weighed over 55kg in my life so I doubt I’ll ever reach 62kg… Unless I got pregnant… Which would mean my period would have to return, which can take years (if it ever comes back)
I am eating pretty regularly now, but I’m still consuming no where near a regular calorie intake… And I still slip up sometimes but hey, I’ll get there ^.^
